Privacy Policy
Effective date: 3 August 2026
1. Controller and scope
Big Tree Intelligent Technology Co., Limited, Company Registration No. 76949624 (“Big Tree”, “we”, “us” or “our”), is responsible for the information described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy applies to personal information handled in connection with bigtreeintelligent.com and communications you choose to send to us from the website.
2. Information provided
You choose whether to provide information. It may include your name, work email address, telephone number, organisation, service interest, enquiry context and any other content you include in an email. Please do not send sensitive information unless it is necessary and you are comfortable doing so.
3. Enquiry data
Our contact form is frontend-only. It prepares a mailto: draft in your email application and does not send the form fields to a Big Tree server. If you send the draft, the email and its contents are handled through your email provider and received by Big Tree as an enquiry.
4. Local storage and cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It uses local browser storage only to remember your Cookie Notice choice, either “Accept” or “Essential only”, so the notice can be dismissed. Both choices record a local preference only; neither enables analytics or advertising cookies. You can clear this storage in your browser settings.
5. Purposes
We use enquiry information to understand and respond to your request, communicate about a possible service relationship, manage our business records, protect our systems and meet applicable legal obligations. We use the local preference described above solely to manage the Cookie Notice display.
6. Consent and applicable basis
Where applicable, we handle information because it is necessary to respond to a request, take steps at your request before a possible agreement, comply with a legal obligation, pursue legitimate business interests, or because you have provided consent. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it as described below.
7. SMS/RCS and STOP
If you select the communications consent, you agree to receive messages related to product updates and promotional notifications via SMS/RCS. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may also contact us to withdraw or update communications consent. Withdrawal does not affect handling that occurred before it was withdrawn.
8. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support our business communications, technology or professional operations when appropriate, and with authorities or advisers where required or permitted by law. We do not receive contact-form data through a website server because the form has no server submission.
9. Retention
We retain enquiry and communication information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including responding to an enquiry, maintaining appropriate records, resolving issues and meeting applicable requirements. Local Cookie Notice preferences remain in your browser until you clear them.
10. Security
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information in our control. No email transmission, internet connection or storage method is completely secure. When using the mailto: form, please remember that the draft is created and sent through your own email application and provider.
11. Rights and controls
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or objection to handling of your personal information, and may withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us using the details below. You may also use your browser controls to clear local storage and reply STOP to opt out of SMS/RCS messages.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. For privacy questions or requests, contact Big Tree Intelligent Technology Co., Limited at business@bigtreeintelligent.com or +852 90399321.
